I offer technical (sub-) project management. I pride myself being independent and flexible, providing special know how and resources to the clients which may not be available in-house at the right time. Use the advantages of the management for a limited period of time if own management resources are short.

Interaction between IT and business departments to steer computing centres and external suppliers and to optimize and resources optimally is very important when running IT-projects.
Especially large-scale IT projects got their their own dynamics. The quality and completeness of the concepts and the correct and complete technical realization are crucial for your project success.

Also one may not underestimate the expenditure for the test procedure. Only so one can minimize the risk that un-debugged software goes into production and that the errors cause financial damage. Quality-secured meaningful and appropriate test concepts are indispensable. Beyond that it requires clear regulations for responsibilities and simple, but written acceptance procedures.
